  They have ATM charges, $8 transfer fees, 6x transfer rule a month. Too many restrictions. Phone Reps cant tell you you're balance for "security" i already gave you all my personal information, like seriously. The customer service is horrible, no personality. They have a lot to learn. Better check out other credit unions to join, plenty on Long Island. IMPORTANT, TALK ABOUT SECURITY, THEIR RECEIPTS HAVE YOUR FULL ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THEM!!!! Who's the genius behind that???

  great experience knowledgeable professional personel .im not the type of person who comes into the bank i rather call because of the past experiences but this was agood experience i spoke to a young lady about some problems with my account for retirement and she was pretty helpful at everything even game some advice i believe her name was michelle .thank you for your service next time i wont talk to no one but you

  I love TFCU. They do so many things that just make life easy. Whether it's opening a new account or applying for a loan they make it go quickly and smoothly. I'm a college student so low prices stick out to me. Their credit cards have the lowest interest rates. All the staff are super nice and friendly. I think TFCU is better than any other bank out there.
